- Supervise and manage services on gaming floor
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure all customer satisfaction and operational efficiency;
- Attend to gaming machine's payments and malfunctions;
- Execute promotions and provide feedback to management.
- Respond to customer issues, requests and complaints in a courteous manner consistent with guest service standards;
- Prepare the operation report and other reports of gaming activities;
- Comply with all internal controls and procedures related to operations;
- Ensure operations compliance with local regulatory and statutory regulations;
- Train and manage staff in accordance with departmental standards, policies and programs;
- Performs other related duties by the management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fluently speak English or Vietnamese or Mandarin is advantage
- 5 years experience in the related industry
- 3 years supervisory experience is required.
- Relevant University degree / diploma or its equivalent
