POSITION PURPOSE
This position is responsible for deployment of (1) category strategy (2) channel management and (3) customer management which highly focus on shopper marketing / in-store activities of brand Durex, K-Y, Veet, Dettol, Finish across all channels to achieve sales target and profitable growth of product availability, visibility, volume and account relationship; (2) together with Channel Head/Key Account Manager/Marketing/Medical/ to develop account Joint Business Plan and Channel Strategies with clear, consistent expectations and work with regional sales force, distributor(s) for excellence execution in productivity, marketing and customers service results.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
▪ Category strategy deployment
o (1) Deploy (2) track and (3) report the execution of trade marketing activities across all channels basing on 5Ps:
▪ Presence:
• Tracking and reporting distribution / MSL vs Target / Universe.
• Tracking and reporting listing plan in Modern Trade.
▪ Pricing:
• Do quarterly update consumer pricing by brand by key customers of each of sub-channels (GT, CVS, Minimart, MBS, Hyper & Super, Health & Beauty)
• Review consumer promotional pricing from post-mail plan from Key Account, Event plan from E-com.
▪ Placement:
• Deploy guideline of Primary and Secondary display by brand by channels / sub-channels
• Tracking and reporting execution to commercial functions.
▪ Promotion:
• Deploy monthly GT Retailer promotion, MT promotion.
• Plan and develop consumer bundle promotion. Work with Client Management and Sales team for allocation.
▪ POSM & POG:
• Develop POSM / POG guideline by brand by channels / sub-channels.
• Working with Procurement and Sales team to analysis vendor quality.
• Working with Procurement to enhance and optimize process, cost of POSM production and deployment in the market.
▪ Budget Management
o Collaborate with Sales Admin / Trade Marketing Admin to do monthly accrual and actual expenses tracking of:
▪ Trade Investment
▪ Non-BEI Marketing budget
▪ Business Acumen and Operation
o Working with Client Management of Distributor to:
▪ Request them to deploy and execute Trade plan to Sales team.
▪ Supervise the execution in the market, give feedback and do action to Client Management.
o Closely working with Sales team for:
▪ Deploy category strategy and channel plan.
▪ Discuss and finalize action plan to leverage opportunities or to fix issues.
▪ Do market intelligence: competitor activities, customers and retailer movements.
▪ Support Key Account team to build Joint-Business-Plan with Modern Trade customers.
▪ Support Sales team to build activities engage with key retailers / key customers in General Trade.

Educational Attainment
− University Degree holder - bachelor’s degree in Economy or Business Administration
Professional background
− At least 2 years’ experience of working in trade/sales.
− Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both within teams and independently.
− Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all connected stakeholders.
− Detailed-oriented and result-driven.
− Proven good writing, speaking, and editing skills, in local language; proficiency in English is the plus.
− Ability to develop and drive sales operation plans, oversee the development and implementation of trade marketing tactical and long-term plans.
− Ability to deliver value added business results through superior execution (such as tailor-made promotion programs).
Expected Areas of Competence
− Good at data analysis and critical information gathering to deliver quality solution to critical business tasks.
− Ability to plan work and act autonomously and collaboratively within objectives and guidelines.
− Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously to meet and exceed deadlines.
− Is open and responsive to feedback to improve performance of self and team.
− Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage third party agencies to obtain favorable business outcomes and hold them accountable for delivering vs. commitments.
