Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver game-changing in visibilities & images for HVN in MOFT
• Leverage brand – category - channel strategies & understandings to:
o Define priority segments and classify in-store marketing mix impacts & influences
o Define right visibilities – right investments by accounts by regions to meet and increase shopper demands
• Creating eye-catching store layouts that showcase the brand and aesthetic of the company, to re-inforce leading position of our HVN in categories
• Develop powerful Playbooks & PicoS (picture of success) to guide sales team deliver instore excellence execution via: Homeshelf – Offshelfs – Campaigns – Events. In charge of Standard Planogram guideline across channels.
• Driving Captaincy Category concepts in key customers/stores via shoppers understandings & research
• Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies
• Preparing annual and quarterly budgets and presenting them to the relevant stakeholders
• Develop commercial proposition presentation through selling stories to support in-store initiatives
• Managing & following up with company process and agency to ensure the best delivering in quality & timing
• Develop and propose the in-store vision of success for the channel. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
• Identify key growth drivers for Beer and Beyond Beer category in Modern Trade and define strategies to capture those drivers in Joint Business Plans with Customers (in collaboration with Channel team and Customer team)

• Experienced in FMCG in Trade marketing, Customer Development
• Must be creative, having sense of “Art/Design”, understanding about production materials
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in English both spoken & written
• Having experience in visibilities/merchandising are preferred
• A background in marketing, communications, and/or design is preferred
• Must be creative and detail orientated.
