Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Job summary:
• As a Category Manager, you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive category strategies, overseeing 4Ps implementation, partnership management, contract negotiations, and profit optimization through effective assortment, pricing and promotion strategies.
2. Job accountabilities:
Category Strategy Development:
• Lead the creation of comprehensive category strategies, focusing on the 4Ps.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify key opportunities for e-B2B channel.
Partnership Management:
• Initiate and manage partnerships, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate on Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to align goals, lead contract negotiations, and secure favorable terms.
Sales Performance Optimization:
• Take ownership of Sales Revenue, Gross Margin, and Sales Support Cost budgets.
• Implement data-driven strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Profit Maximization:
• Drive profitability through meticulous assortment, pricing, and promotion management.
• Analyze and optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining competitiveness.
• Execute effective promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Tech, Operations, and Finance teams ... for seamless execution of category strategies.
• Provide valuable insights to enhance overall business performance.
Market Intelligence and Innovation:
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics for innovation opportunities.
• Proactively recommend and implement improvements based on market insights.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Establish KPIs for assigned categories and monitor performance against targets.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related category field, MBA is preferable.
• 5-7 years of work experience in Business / Category Management / Business Development / Trade Marketing specializing in FMCG company.
• Strategic mindset and a strong sense of the market; have a point of view and direction on where to take the business and ability to drive and execute a long-term business plan.
• Excellent skills in communication, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, analytical and business development.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong proficiency in Vietnamese and Business English language
