JOB PURPOSE
Category Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales growth, enhance the customer experience, and optimize the performance of our e-commerce platforms.
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
● Level 1: The person is assigned the right determine issues, make the solution, identify the benefits and risks of each solution and propose an optimal solution to superior for approval
● Level 2: The person is assigned the right to present the direct superior what is intent to do and seek guidance before deciding
● Level 3: The person is assigned the right to directly solve the problems and report on the works & results achieved
● Level 4: The person is assigned all the rights of decision and not have to report working results to direct superior except the request
Sales Executions - Level 3
● Perform inventory & sales channel management. Understand product's positioning and important metrics in comparison with market and competitors
● Perform pricing and develop promotional campaigns to generate sales.
● Coordinate with SEM/ Marketing team to implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget
● Track and analysis the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics
● Conduct, execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channel
● Coordinate and work with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D,…) for smooth running of sales operation
● Listing and content quality management and improvement as a tool to improve sales efficiency.
Sales Team Management - Level 3
● Manage the team of sales executive on daily operations, be responsible for overall performance of the whole category/ sub-category
● Build the and improve the input and output metrics (ranking, glance view, conversion rate, revenue, stock turnover, P&L...) of sales performance
● Train, develop team through continuous improvement of strategy, tactics and executions
Portfolio Management and Development - Level 3
● Build deep understanding of market and competition landscape, product P&L, product strength and weakness, product positioning in the portfolio to decide the strategy and tactics for bigger market share and profit
● Understand the product pricing and costing and how pricing strategy can affect the portfolio and product positioning
● Conduct market research, initiate & propose new product ideas, identify new market to enter and occupy market share and responsible for developing & executing launching plan.
● Continuously update above understanding and planning to react with changes.
Report and Deep dive Analysis - Level 3
● Working with DA/ BI team to prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
● Consult higher management level on improvement in process, system, measurement using data and research.
Business expansion/ Project management - Level 3
● Lead or participate as key member of business expansion projects: new channel, new countries, new services...
● Lead or participate as key member of business improvement project: automations, new process, new tools…

Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge
● University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
Skills
● Market research and data analysis
● Proficient in Microsoft Office
● Good communication in English
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
● Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Quick learner and adapter
● Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
● Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
● Project management skill
● Strong leadership skill with willingness to serve

Experience
● At least 3 -4 years’ experience in a management role in E-commerce or category management of retails/ FMCG company
● Working experience in e-commerce/ retail or FMCG category management
● Experience in Digital/ Performance Marketing
