Mô Tả Công Việc

The Category Manager drives sales revenues through the management of top local brands, distributors, manufacturers, and large retailers. Brand KAMs manage these shops in coordination with campaign strategy and management, graphic design teams, and onsite and offsite marketing channels. Together with the Head of KAM, you will manage the KAM team, grow brands revenue and ensure clients’ satisfaction.

1. Demonstrate category knowledge, landscape or competition
- Understand platform category strategy expected to give appropriate commercial solution for brand
- Provides input for action plans based on market trend to deliver business results timely
- Provides inputs for brand annual plan and making adjustments accordingly Exhibits expertise within a portfolios of feature/tool area
- Monitor industry and competitive trends and create plan to address competitive gaps
2. Demonstrate confidence and broaden business understanding when working with brands
- Build long term relationship by creating value, opportunities for growths, customer acquisitions, brand building for brand
- Cooperate on resolution to improve brand operation cost like lowering overhead cost, improving supply chain, reducing defects and driving time-to-market
- Drive brand participation by educating platform program opportunities
- Recognize risks and developing judgement to identify impact of decisions
- Develop scalable solution and advocate for automation where appropriate
3. Team management and development
- Train and mentor other team members
- Establish team culture that aligns with leadership principles
- Supports the development of new hires and peers by sharing best practices
- Attract talent and make the right hiring decision
- On board and continuously develop team

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University degree
- Proficient in English
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Strong ecommerce knowledge and analytical skills
- Network with ecommerce platforms in Vietnam
- Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Experience in ecommerce campaign plans
- Good excel and power point and communication skills
