Scope Of Responsibilities
Develop retail activation strategies and implementation plan by channel that focus on consumer
Monitor macro economic, category, competitor performance and consciously identify opportunities to build brand in outlet/store
Coach / Mentor members of the Trade Marketing Team.
Lead internal & external team to ensure brand plans are effectively executed in outlet/store
Coordinate with Brand Marketing team to develop company strategies
Prepare the trade marketing plan to support for the company strategies
Allocate Direct Marketing expense effectively annually, quarterly & monthly
Implement the marketing plan at trade via sales team or third party
Search & select the best supplier to provide good quality Point of sales material with reason low cost
Develop new point of sales material to support Sales and Brand marketing team
Define quality standard for each POSM.
Approval sample of POSM before mass production and receiving.
Establish retail performance standard for each key channel.
Coordinate with Sales to implement the retail performance standard.
Provide market understanding, trade and consumer feedback via analyzing available all the data resources.
Coordinate with Brand marketing to execute consumer promotion or initiatives.
Coordinate with Key Account Manager to develop merchandising material and consumer activities.
Conduct training for sales team to launch marketing initiatives.
Monitor marketing program to have quick understanding of performance situation.
Recommend business solution to management to improve brand performance in outlet/store.
Coordinate with other department to develop and implement internal working processes.
Monitor cooler performance monthly.
Evaluate subordinates` performance annually.
Train and give advice to subordinates on-going.
At least 2 years in sales, marketing or related functions in a managerial / strategic role in a FMCG company.
At least 2 years experience in selling or dealing directly with customers.
