Mô Tả Công Việc

To support Marketing and Sales, to help drive volume through Trade marketing activities & services to team in
channel development, building brand awareness and image through signage and POSM/Merchandising materials,
and by developing and executing trade and sales promotion programs.

Scope Of Responsibilities
 Develop retail activation strategies and implementation plan by channel that focus on consumer
 Monitor macro economic, category, competitor performance and consciously identify opportunities to build brand in outlet/store
 Coach / Mentor members of the Trade Marketing Team.
 Lead internal & external team to ensure brand plans are effectively executed in outlet/store
 Coordinate with Brand Marketing team to develop company strategies
 Prepare the trade marketing plan to support for the company strategies
 Allocate Direct Marketing expense effectively annually, quarterly & monthly
 Implement the marketing plan at trade via sales team or third party
 Search & select the best supplier to provide good quality Point of sales material with reason low cost
 Develop new point of sales material to support Sales and Brand marketing team
 Define quality standard for each POSM.
 Approval sample of POSM before mass production and receiving.
 Establish retail performance standard for each key channel.
 Coordinate with Sales to implement the retail performance standard.
 Provide market understanding, trade and consumer feedback via analyzing available all the data resources.
 Coordinate with Brand marketing to execute consumer promotion or initiatives.
 Coordinate with Key Account Manager to develop merchandising material and consumer activities.
 Conduct training for sales team to launch marketing initiatives.
 Monitor marketing program to have quick understanding of performance situation.
 Recommend business solution to management to improve brand performance in outlet/store.
 Coordinate with other department to develop and implement internal working processes.
 Monitor cooler performance monthly.
 Evaluate subordinates` performance annually.
 Train and give advice to subordinates on-going.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
 At least 2 years in sales, marketing or related functions in a managerial / strategic role in a FMCG company.
 At least 2 years experience in selling or dealing directly with customers.

URC Vietnam

URC Vietnam is a subsidiary of URC and is 100% owned by URC. It started its operations in 2003. The Company has built three factories in Binh Duong, one in Quang Ngai and one in Hanoi and is now one of the leading Food and Beverage companies with well-known brands such as C2 and Rong Do for beverages, Cream-O and Magic for biscuits, Dynamite for candies and Funbites and Jack & Jill Potato Chips for snacks.

Since it began its operations in Vietnam, URC has only used modern manufacturing equipment from Italy and Germany such as SIPA, GEA Procomac, Imaforni, Haas, Schaaf, etc. These machines consistently undergo strictly scheduled preventive maintenance and inspection and retested before every cycle of use.

All URC factories in Vietnam are certified for the Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2008 and Food Safety Management System ISO 22001. These international accreditations are renewed every three years and with constant checks by international agencies to ensure consistent practice. Furthermore, URC has set to get certified with the more stringent international Food Safety Certification called the FSSC 22000 by 2018.
