Job description

pResponsible for sales of caustic soda, proposing sales strategy and planning, implementing sales, monitoring and controlling sales. - Management group, instruct and motivate group members in order to achieve our target. - Ensure maximum profitability and adherence to all relevant company objectives, policies and procedures. - Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and staffs; projecting expected sales volume and profit for caustic soda. - Provide market information to the Business Plan, annual budget, etc. - Establish key customer plans/ sales statistic and action programs that are understood and supported by all Groups. - Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. - Evaluate, recommend and manage the extension of credit to customers and ensure that all sales transactions are as per company and guideline. - Other responsibilities: other tasks that are requested by DGD (S&M) or higher level/p

Job requirements

p- Bachelor's degree or above - Sales/Marketing experience is advantage - Management skill is preferred - English skill: good communication and report - Computer skills: MS office - Passionate individuals who collaborate well with others to solve problems - Leadership, hard-working, adaptability, teamwork, self-study - Having good experiences on Sales (more than 5 years) - Experience in management (more than 5 years) - Age: 35-45/p
