Mô Tả Công Việc

Key Purpose of the Job:
As Center Head of Sales, you will lead the sales team in a center and provide day-to-day mentoring & oversight to the Educational Consultants in your center. The main responsibility for the role consist of managing WSE net cash collection (NCC) while also enhancing our brand and its level of service excellence within the Vietnam market. This will be achieved through the delivery of outstanding education and sales consultancy service within your center.

You will also work towards creating a work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability and success. This will involve supervising, motivating, advising and helping a team of unique individuals with different backgrounds and experiences. That will also involve collaborating with the Marketing and Service departments (native teacher and coach) to unleash the maximum value for the organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. Sales Management

Propose the monthly and weekly sales plan to the Head of Sales
Manage the Sales team of your center and ensure the sales targets are achieved
Monitor renewals and engage with the service team to facilitate the renewal contract conversion
Cooperate with service team to engage the students and achieve the referral contract target
Communication of the sales targets, promotions and pricing to the Sales team
Run weekly sales meetings and set objectives for every sales member
Oversee each sales team member performance daily
Ensure the timely EPP collection from every sales team member
Ensure compliance to the ground rules and distribute the leads to the team accordingly
Monitor the timely follow-up update on the CRM system to help tracking the sale pipeline and process
Ensure compliance to contract freeze policy
Escalate to Head of Sales when required to handle exceptions
Drive recruitment and training efforts to build a team deliver high sales performance

2. Sales & Supply funnels collaboration

Ensure that all leads for which the sales team is responsible are entered in the system with the right form and the right source is associated to the lead
Identify inefficiencies in the coordination between the supply funnel Teams and the sales team with respect to the management of the leads for each media owner in the marketing team
Communicate to the management team some areas to improve the conversion of the leads
Attend the weekly customer insights meeting to identify the location marketing opportunities

3. Sales & Service alignment

Collaborate with the Service teams to foster a strong working relationship between the Service and Sales teams to deliver a consistent experience to our students
Partner with the Service teams to ensure synergies are created between sales and service to drive internal revenues and products upselling
Facilitate productive communication between Sales and Service teams
Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student’s satisfaction

4. Sales & Reception Officer management

Responsible for the overall look and feel of the center ensuring it is warm, welcoming, tidy and clean
Cooperate with the Head of Customer Experience to train and coach the Reception Officers on related sale tasks and ensure the compliance to the ground rules

Leadership and integrity

Professional appearance, confident attitude and great interpersonal skills
Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniques
Understanding of or experience within English Language Teaching sector
Solution-driven mindset and strong negotiation skills
Able to present idea convincingly with high level of energy and positivism
Ambitious, competitive and driven with a hunger for success and clear goals
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably from the education, insurance, hospitality, automotive or fitness sectors
Minimum of 2 years in a sales supervisory position
Strong communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English
Eager to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success as a team
Strong ability to build trust and to provide high quality level of care
Able to work under pressure with flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet and exceed sales targets
Professional sales qualification, or degree in Business/Marketing
Knowledge of MS office packages
