Center Manager (TDC) - Quản lý Trung tâm
Job description
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Supervise student recruitment and customer services conducted in the learning center;
- Contribute to the development of localized marketing strategies to promote E2 courses. Identify potential students and families in the local area, build and update their profiles;
- Set goals and report progress for all operations of the learning center. Ensure that the learning center achieves its key performance indicators in all operational metrics;
- Work closely with the Academic Manager:
+ To ensure smooth opening and operations of the classes;
+ For the implementation of new curriculum and academic projects;
+ To monitor/evaluate program outcomes, student assessment reports and parent enquiries/concerns;
- Maintain and upgrade systems/procedures for all operations tasks at the Learning Centers and liaise with the other Center Managers to ensure consistency across all E2 centers;
- Monitor purchases and expenditures for the Learning Center;
- Prepare financial plans, P&Ls and budgets for approval by the Senior Operations Manager, and once agreed, implement those plans, then provide financial and operational reports;
- Recruit appropriately qualified and experienced operations staff, then ensure staff are scheduled and trained to support all hours and duties for smooth operation.
Job requirements
These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you meet them all:
- Breadth: A strong background in sales and operations with 5+ years of management experience in the education industry;
- Depth: Experience in at least one of the following specialties as a staff or leading sales, customer service or marketing in an educational institution;
- Credentials: A BA or higher with strong academic performance, previous management role in a school.
These are additional qualifications or "nice to haves":
- An MBA or other relevant Master's degree;
- Experience working on developmental projects, specifically around facility expansion;
- Experience in working on collaborative (multi-department) teams, preferably in a supervisory, mentoring, or management role;
- Strong organizational skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
