Mô tả công việc
A. Learning and Network Development
• Develop and execute network expansion strategies aligned with business goals.
• Scout and verify partner/ dealers both in terms of quality and quantity.
• Analysis of business plans with Head of Department and business partners
• Build and maintain strong, long-term and win-win relationships with Dealers, Dealers’ salesforce
• Conduct market survey and location site check for new POS, liaise with agency under Head of Department’s direction to conduct Mystery Shopping and implement strategic action for improvement
• Advisor and monitor for new dealer setup process (document, quotation, C.I - Corporate Identity, construction and architect supervision, CI installed site check, etc...)
• Support research and innovation/new CI to apply for the Dealers
• Work with cross-functional departments to provide support to dealers and drive business performance through operations
• Annual Audit of dealer standards (Overall Operation, CI, Sales, Service, etc...)
• Planning of new showrooms and after-sales facilities
• Organize training activities with PVN Sales team, dealers and dealers’ sales staff to increase knowledge and understanding on products, selling process and skill.
• Cooperate to research and develop PTO system (Piaggio Training Online system) for PVN's staffs and Dealer's staffs
• Work in collaboration with different functions to ensure consistency of communication from brand and MKT guidelines to the field sales, ensure implementation of trade activities at the POS and provide support in reporting to track sales KPIs at Dealers’ level and by individual sales team member stationed at Dealers’ POS
B. Retail and Operational Excellence
• Support and execute to push on pre-determined Annual Net Sales – Sell-In plan whilst pulling Sell-Out
• Understand and analyze the business needs, productivity, KPIs and provide business insights
• Lead the execution of retail excellence standards at the POS
Build Client Portfolio
• Identify and activate new client sources (3rd party/mall partnership) with a focus on recruiting new clients and retaining existing clients at the POS
• Build and develop best in class client centric teams
• Execute events in partnership with Trade MKT and gain business alignment with a commercial goal
• Plan, calculate and Lead the execution of the Sales Incentive Programs at Dealers’ level in order to drive Sell-Out performance at the Dealer level
• Know and cultivate the Top 100 customer list in each POS for both vehicles and services
• Ensure and support all Sales Professionals achieve sales objectives
• Drive POS data capture rate with a focus on the quality of information gathered and ensure consistency of personalized SP outreach.
Operational Excellence
• Support Dealers’ Store Manager to Manage efficient Operation and ensure consistency with established operational procedures
• Own compliance of PVN operations, health and safety, maintenance and POS environment with all internal control procedures
• Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices at Dealers’ POS.
Customer Service/In-Store POS Experience
• Always ensure the highest levels of in-store luxury experience at Dealers’ POS
• Master the brand heritage story-telling sales ceremony, including Piaggio’s standards and deliver service excellence
• Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior of all the staff
• Share client feedback received on Customer Survey, if any, to improve customer service and selling ceremonies
• Provide feedback from the sales field to Aftersales team to Manage customer issues and complaints
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning, Sales Network development, sales operations, or network management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Strong understanding of dealer business models, network expansion strategy, and local market dynamics.
• Proven ability to scout, evaluate new partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
• Excellent skills in relationship management, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with dealers.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; ability to assess business potential and make data-driven recommendations.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel frequently across regions to meet current and potential dealers.
• High level of integrity, adaptability, and proactive mindset in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
