- Responsible to develop the business (products, services and clients) and responsible to business profit in the territory
- Developing and managing sales staffs
- Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs
- Responsible to maintain and serve the customers properly and frequently
- Able to solve any area issues
- Responsible for marketing intelligence.
- Monitor the handling / delivery issues
- Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reporting
- Responsible for handling retail sales
- Building good relationships with customers
- Analyzing market trend
- Assist Board of Directors on doing jobs as per assignment.
