Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage revenue generation & center operations
- Responsible for the revenue result of the center, including activities to attract new customers and renew current customers.
- Oversees daily center operations and coordinates center activities
- Address any issues that may arise in relation to students, ensuring their timely resolution and that the appropriate action is taken
* Customer Experiences Management
- Supervise all operations in the center to provide the best experiences for customers.
* Ensure business efficiency by optimizing the center's operational efficiency
*People management
- Continuous training and development of staff members
- Manage the Center’s operational compliance with policies, procedures, rules and regulations
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Have experience in a fast growing organization. Prefer working experience in educational organization
At least 3 years experience at management level
Strong sales and customer service focus;
Have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer service
Be able to manage and build strong and highly motivated teams
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
