GENERAL SCOPE

This position will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategies and operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Strategy:

- Provide strategic guidance on capital structure, financing, and investment decisions to ensure sustainable

growth and optimal capital efficiency.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide actionable insights into business performance, identifying areas for efficiency enhancement and growth opportunities.

3. Develop strategies to protect the company's financial interests and assets.

- Focusing on Risk Mitigation, Fraud Prevention, and Legal Structuring.

4. Management of all existing borrowings (interest, commitments, …)

- Overseeing and executing all administrative, financial, and compliance obligations related to the company's loans, bonds, etc… to ensure liquidity, optimize cost, and maintain good standing with lenders

5. Review of projects' budget periodically/annually vs approval and making of any essential suggestions/alerts

- Continuously monitoring a project's financial reality against its initial plan to ensure the project remains viable and on track, or to trigger timely corrective action.

6. Treasury and Cash Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, optimizing funding and investment strategies.

7. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards. Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.

9. Collaborate with the Management team to set company goals and strategies. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

10. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the department's efficiency and effectiveness

11. Perform other duties as reasonably assigned from time to time by the line manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive financial strategies and manage a team effectively.

- Strong financial analysis and Basic accounting knowledge.
