A fast-growth e-commerce startup is seeking a CFO to lead their Vietnam team, with the possibility of advancing to a regional Head of Finance role overseeing other countries. Description This successful CFO must be a senior leader who is a change agent and driver of innovation. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes * Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team, offering insights on key financial decisions * Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and compliance with relevant regulation * Manage financial statements in both VAS and IFRS, CAPEX plan and cash flow management. * Manage stakeholders: distributors, banks, tax authority, auditors * Assist the group CFO in group consolidation, audit, due diligence, and fundraising Profile * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred * Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role * Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its financial dynamics * Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on driving business results * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders * Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management and development * Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools Job Offer * Above market salary * Leadership position with scope to progress To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
