• Based on approved master plan:
• Prepare in advance proposal of initiatives (monthly/quarterly) and get full approval to implement programs on time in full
• Communicate the sell-in plan to Managers monthly
• Communicate the sell-in initiatives
• Manage the planned and actual spending in SAP to ensure the risk of over-spending by customers is controlled
• Track actual Sell-in performance vs. plan. Update the actual results by direct customers
• Re-solve ad-hoc issues or customers complaints of the sell-in initiatives to ensure the equity and fairness of the implementation
• Do analysis of competitors activities
• Support Channel Development manager in building annual special program for sell-in initiatives
2. Monitor sell out thru channels
• Work with Sales Team Sales System to get full sell out data
• Analyse and highlights sell out
• Propose innitiative to drive sell out more effectively to achieve business expectation
3. Lead execution plan to improve the trade profitability
• Ownership of master data of customers, including customer segmentations
• Understand clearly guideline of strategy as agreed and approved
• Coordinate to Sales team to make sure implementation on time in full
• Trade audit to make sure KPIs on track
• Do analysis and proposed prompt actions for poor performance
4. Co-ordinate with Sales and other Departments to implement the company initiatives
• Provide needed info of channel to other departments for initiatives developments
• Roll out the initiatives with Sales and Departments
• Track the implementation of channel expansion with Sales Managers and adjust the plan where and when needed

• University graduate, preferably in Business / Marketing / Statistics
• Good communication in English both oral and writing – Pre intermediate level

• Minimum 2 years-experience in commercial industry, preferably understanding of Trade Marketing
