• Effective support and manage channel network to deliver business goals.
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts.
• Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Collaborate with product specialist to lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
• Drives adoption of company programs among partners (DPP).
• Proactively analyze market, business need, searching and recruiting new qualifying partners.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s in sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Environment, etc.…), additional Degree in Economy is plus
• At least 5 years in technical sales experience to work in other manufacturers (Foreign company) in Lab Supply market, managing dealer.
• Experience in direct selling and dealer sales in the laboratory supply market (Lab chemical or lab equipment)
• Knowledge of company products, familiar to using CRM to manage business
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
• Understanding of local market and key segments (Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Chemical)
