Charging System Analyst

- Develop processes and business requirements for: charging promotion programs, charging station monitoring systems, billing management systems, end-user applications, payment gateways, payment reconciliation systems, and more.

- Collaborate with the IT department to analyze business requirements, validate UI/UX designs, conduct UAT, and support system/features go-live.

- Coordinate with the IT team to create technical documents, mock-up interfaces, and business process workflows for developing tools to support operations.

- Participate in developing test cases and conducting testing with the IT department to address technical requirements.

- Interact closely with stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and accurate implementation of software product development requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Information Technology or technical majors such as Automation, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications Electronics, or related fields.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position at companies with relevant expertise (e.g., system business development in IT, billing systems, etc.).

- Strong business acumen and excellent ability to manage and control assigned tasks.

- Effective listening skills to identify core issues and provide appropriate solutions.

- Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively convey information about incidents and proposed resolutions.

- Ability to analyze tasks, provide clear instructions, and coordinate work effectively.

- Excellent analytical skills, decision-making abilities, project management capabilities, and process improvement skills.

- Deep and solid technical knowledge, especially in areas related to charging stations/poles, billing systems, or information technology.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

- Able to use English effectively in communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to work with foreign colleagues and partners.
