Chief Accountant

- Develop financial models, create plans, monitor, financial activities against the plans: + Develop financial and tax strategies and reports for related stakeholders (including but not limited to the BoD, B2B partners, investors, and auditors); + Develop budget plans for each department within the organization. + Develop cash flow forecasts and optimize cash flow. - Ensure compliance with VN & US accounting practices, especially for digital sales and retail operations in the US market. - Identify and address financial risks associated with contract, partnership, taxation changes, ect. - Provide financial reports and analyses, in particular for capital investment, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - In-depth knowledge and hands on working experience of Vietnam accounting practices and financial reports.
