Chief Accountant

Cash flow transactions

- Review payment request dossiers (such as: invoices, accounting documents ...) in accordance with the law and regulations and execute payment accordingly.

- Reconcile the cashier’s cash count report to the weekly and monthly revenues and expenditure reports to ensure the accuracy of closing the balance.

Salary accounting

- Work closely with the HR department to review the salary calculation, PIT declaration accurately and timely.

Tax accounting

- Prepare and review the tax declaration (VAT, FCT, CIT ... ) to meet the accounting regime and Vietnamese tax systems.

General Accountant

- In charge of building accounting plans, assign and implement the accounting tasks.

- Manage and evaluate the performance of the accounting department staff, recruit additional accounting team members; responsible for the training and team-building of the accounting team.

- Control and manage the process of bookkeeping, data entry, asset inventory processes, be responsible for financial statements in order to summarize current financial status.

- Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.

- Comply with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Others

- Perform other duties upon request of the BOD, school.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.

- At least 3 years of experience in similar position (experience in educational field is a plus).

- Proficient in current accounting laws, tax laws, standards and regulations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoho.

- Problem-solving skills, strategic planning, and management improvement.

- Proficient in spoken and written English is preferred.
