KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Improve related processes and documents, and organize the implementation, monitoring, and control to ensure accurate and timely management of each item in the balance sheet

- Control accounts receivable, coordinate and urge business departments, project operations to work with relevant debt recovery partners.

- Control and fulfill payment obligations to suppliers, monitor the process from purchasing to payment.

- Control monthly advances with suppliers, propose solutions to handle outstanding debts (if any).

- Control temporary advances and monitor temporary advances/refunds for employees according to regulations.

- Control the payment of employee expenses according to the company's policies and monitor all employee receivables.

- Control and manage company assets. Conduct regular asset inventory to prevent asset losses.

- Organize the implementation, monitoring, and control to ensure accurate, complete, and timely preparation and establishment of all individual and consolidated financial reports according to accounting standards, company policies, and current tax regulations.

- Timely, complete, accurate, legal, and procedural accounting of economic transactions, in accordance with company policies and regulations.

- Verify, control data, subsidiary ledgers, general ledgers, and prepare reports, P&L, and reports as required by company management to control the company's assets, liabilities, and rights, detect and record, and adjust the books promptly based on the principles of Vietnamese and international accounting.

- Control financial reports to provide data as required by the company's management for stakeholders.

- Have experience in preparing consolidated reports of segments with multiple subsidiary companies, joint venture companies, affiliates.

- Responsible for accounting operations, auditing, and general tax inspections with the company and state agencies.

- Responsible for the accuracy of accounting records, accounting documents, and approving the issuance of documents and reports according to the assignments of the Directors.

- Coordinate and support related departments in providing accounting data, analyzing financial reports to understand cost fluctuations, debts, etc., in order to timely propose solutions to control costs according to the planned objectives

- Manage and evaluate the capacity of accounting department employees, support the HR department in recruiting personnel

- Advise the Director in planning and implementing training, development, and improving the qualifications of the accounting staff within the company.

- University graduation, major in Finance and Accounting. CA qualification is a must.

- 4+ years of experience in the same level

- Good communication, problem-solving & influencing skills

- Ability to work under time pressure, work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to learn and improve effectiveness in daily operation

- High integrity and acting with due diligence.

- Fluent English

- Good Excel and other Google Suit Skills (e.g Pivot Table, charts, Dashboard, Google sheet,.... )
