Chief Accountant

- Working with Accounting service to review monthly bookkeeping, financial report, and consolidated financial statement ensure the compliance with VAS and IFRS.

- Working with Accounting service company to monitor and review reports on VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, and other taxes as per regulations.

- Organize regular inventory of fixed assets, tools, equipment, and goods.

- Work with Audit agency to prepare, coordinate, and fulfill audit and inspection requirements, and handle tax finalization.

- Collaborate with HQ (based on Korea) under following accounting management process.

- Analysis and control budget and expense with management accounting process, and report it to CEO.

- Handle all tax matters, liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government organizations related to finance and accounting matters.

- Manage all activities of the accounting team. Organize the team’s workflow and build the team in the future ( plan to stop using accounting service).

- Review economic contracts and service contracts (if any).

- Prepare procedure related to accounting process.

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting.

- Must have a Chief Accountant certificate.

- At least 5 years of experience in a same position.

- Experience working in an FDI enterprise, ( having experience in Online shopping platform company is a plus).

- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
