Chief Accountant

• Organize and oversee financial accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and issue various financial statements and reports routinely.

• Conduct financial analysis to reflect the business results in a timely manner.

• Establish and enhance financial management systems to optimize operations.

• Monitor and manage costs, budgeting, and forecasting to support company growth.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial strategies align with business objectives.

• Provide leadership and training to the accounting team to promote professional development.

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

• Assist in the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.

• Continuously identify areas for improvement in financial processes.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory frameworks.

• Proven experience in managing a team and improving financial systems.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin and Vietnamese.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
