Chief Accountant

• Oversee and manage the admin/ general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, treasury, budgeting.

• Oversee daily accounting (GL, AR, AP, taxation, invoicing).

• Check VAT invoices for accuracy.

• Manage bookkeeping and tax reporting such as VAT, PIT, CIT.

• Monitor tax payments (if any) to pay into the state budget on time.

• Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, prepare yearly financial and management reports or ad-hoc reports required by the management.

• Ensure tax compliance and liaise with tax authorities, banks, and auditors.

• Review contracts and ensure the company’s benefits are protected.

• Coordinate with internal teams on payments, contracts, and financial matters.

• Organize and complete inventory of fixed assets. Coordinate with auditors to monitor according to annual regulations.

• Support recruitment and HR-related accounting tasks.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as General/Chief Accountant.

• MUST hold Chief Accountant Certification.

• Strong understanding of Vietnamese tax law and enterprise regulations.

• Good English communication.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Experienced in tax settlement is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines;

• Salary: 25mil -30mil Gross

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, and two Saturdays/month.
