Chief Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to book, reconcile and report

by supervise AR/AP staffs.

• Responsible for general ledger

• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy

and accepted accounting practices.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing

account information as requested from management & auditing/tax liquidation purpose.

• Assist FD/accountants in all financial reports monthly/yearly/audit.

• Familiar with Vietnamese tax regulations,

• Good in in selling, aging, inventory controlling.

• Perform payroll, PIT finalization, SMUI, etc.

• Ad-hoc as requested by management.

• University degree in Accounting/Finance and chief accountant certificate.

• 3-year working experience at the same level.

• Have experiences in F&B/ FMCG or manufactory.

• Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage the relationship with other teams.

• Strong collaborative skills in working with different cultures.

• Experience & hands-on with accounting system.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

• Good communication skills and working usage of English.
