Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting activities for the wind power project company

• Review, control, and approve accounting documents, books, and periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)

• Develop cash flow plans, investment, and operational cost plans in alignment with project progress

• Verify and validate payment and settlement documents from EPC, O&M contractors, and suppliers

• Liaise with tax authorities, banks, auditors, and financial partners

• Advise the Board of Directors on financial strategies, capital structure, and risk management

• Manage, mentor, and train the accounting team for the project

Education Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing

• Certified Chief Accountant (as required by law)

Experience:

• At least 7 years in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a Chief Accountant role (preferably in the energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors)

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and legal regulations related to taxation and investment

• Proficiency in accounting software (MISA, FAST, ERP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English (Chinese-speaking is a plus)
