About the Job

The Chief Accountant at LTD Material is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial and accounting operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency. This role involves managing financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and internal controls while providing strategic financial guidance to support effective decision-making and sustainable business growth..

II. Responsibilities

1. Accounting Operations Management

• Oversee and maintain the company’s accounting system in compliance with

Vietnamese regulations.

• Prepare and submit financial and tax reports in a timely manner.

• Manage accounting records, invoices, and financial documents in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).

• Monitor and reconcile company revenues, expenses, liabilities, assets, and capital sources.

2. Regulatory Compliance and Tax Management

• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, CIT, and PIT, and submit required reports to regulatory authorities.

• Review and validate accounting documents for accuracy and legitimacy before approval.

• Stay informed about changes in tax laws and accounting regulations and provide strategic advice to management.

• Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, and relevant agencies during audits and inspections.

3. Financial Planning and Cash Flow Management

• Develop financial plans and oversee the company's cash flow to ensure stability.

• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for optimization.

• Manage payments, receivables, and payables, ensuring smooth financial transactions with suppliers and customers.

Authority

• Provide recommendations on financial, accounting, and tax-related matters.

• Independently liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and banks to address relevant issues.

• Review and approve accounting documents within the scope of authority.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial and tax reports are accurate, legal, and submitted on time.

• Guarantee compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.

• Safeguard the confidentiality of financial and accounting information.

• Report directly to the Board of Directors regarding financial performance and compliance.
