Chief Accountant (From 1000USD to 1500Usd)

Main Duties:

- Organize legibly the operations included Accounting Books, related documents, Accounting data, Finance reports, Tax reports..

- Conduct & prepare management reports for management purposes as requested by the BOM: F/S, B/L, cash flow, debts, expenses ...

- Assist & prepare and monitor economic contracts.

- Check invoices, vouchers and expenses to be in line with the Company’s regulations.

- Monitor and collect debts.

- Ensure accounting and tax reporting (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT...) are accurate and in line with the Tax Department’s regulations.

- Work and make the report periodically with tax authorities and The Department of Planning and Investment that govern the enterprises and audit firms, bank state, Statistical Department.

- Support the production department to implement the software production process

- Plan and manage procurement of materials and equipment and manage corporate assets

- Organize and be responsible for Union operations.

- Other duties as requested by the Back Office Manager.

MUST HAVE

-Male/Female age: 28 - 35 years old.

Knowledge:

-Graduated from university or higher majoring in Finance - Accounting/Auditing.

-Have at least 5 years of experience in Finance - Accounting.

-Have experience as Chief Accountant for 3 years or more.

-At least 02 years of experience as an accountant at IT/software development companies.

-Proficient in current financial accounting and auditing regimes.

-Proficient in current tax regulations (Laws, Circulars, Decrees.)

-Have a Chief Accountant Degree.

Skill:

-Proficient in operating Misa, Fast, Cloud services in the field of Accounting

-Proficient in Office Word, Excel, Power Point

-Worked with audit and tax agencies.

-Communication and problem solving skills.

Attitude:

-Withstanding work pressure.

-Honest, decisive and careful.

-Can independently handle work in the initial stages.

NICE TO HAVE

- Have qualifications such as CPA, ACCA.

- Have worked at Japanese-invested enterprises

- Priority is given to be able to communicate in English.

- Priority is given to companies with at least 50 employees.
