Chief Accountant - Kế toán trưởng (Công ty 100% vốn đầu tư Đức)

Entry level tasks:

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for government authorities.

• Manage tax planning, VAT invoicing, and timely tax/statistics declarations; control tax risks.

• Verify documents, process payments, and ensure accurate cash flow records.

• Audit and archive expense documents per company and legal standards.

• Ensure compliance with financial laws and advise management on updates.

• Handle company insurances and related claims.

• Coordinate statutory audits with external auditors.

• Maintain internal financial controls.

Senior-level tasks (can be trained):

• Record and manage financial transactions (AP, AR, GL) in ERP; handle accruals and depreciation.

• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.).

• Develop accounting policies, budgets, and performance reports.

• Analyze results and recommend financial actions.

• Oversee cash flow, debt, and capital management with risk control.

• Support Global Finance in intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.

• Assist in financial planning and budgeting for the local company.

Team size: 2 members (1 Chief Accountant & 1 Accountant)

Business model: Manufacturing (20 employees, highly automated production)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.

• Chief Accountant Certificate as required by the Ministry of Finance.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in a manufacturing facility.

• Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).

• Proficient in ERP system is a bonus.

• Solid understanding of financial policies and accounting and tax regulations, familiar with bank settlement business.
