In this role, you will be responsible for delivering business strategies that align with our company goals:
* Develop & implement business strategy
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve business goals: Sales, coverage, market share, and growth rate.
- Develop and implement promotional programs. Control product development budget according to the allocated budget.
- Positioning segments and markets, organizing the development of sales policies suitable to the market situation and each region.
- Allocate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to regions, regions, and sales channels following the Company's overall business goals at each stage.
- Monitor and analyze business indicators to propose sales policies and promotion programs suitable to the market to achieve business goals.
- Ensure and take responsibility for business targets and allocated funds.
* Market and customer management
- Analyze and evaluate market developments and competitors based on research reports synthesizing market information.
- Develop, expand markets, and find customers, to achieve and exceed assigned plans.
- Proposals and solutions to expand and develop the market for the board of directors.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to ensure consistency of product brand and product identity.
- Create care and sales program policies for Permate customers.
* Build and maintain close-knit relationships with customers
- Search, build, and manage relationships and maintain regular contact with domestic and foreign partners in the field of the company's operations.
* Training, and development Team
- Recruit and build a team of business managers and professional consultants consistent with the channel's goals.
- Develop and implement effective operations management processes with systematic guidance to ensure business groups operate successfully and develop sustainably.
- Monitor, manage, and evaluate the work results of management and consulting forces to achieve set business goals.

- Evaluate the business performance of each brand/partner.
