Permate Global is a B2B SaaS Performance Partnership platform providing a solution that helps our advertiser customers create Affiliate Programs to operate, track, allocate commissions and campaign statistics. At the same time, it allows advertisers to connect with publishers to run the campaigns. In addition, Permate Global also serves as a place for connecting and learning about the Affiliate Marketing industry. We are looking for a talented and experienced Chief Sales Officer (CCO) to take on an important role in our business strategy, developing our sales activities in the global market. Join our team to work with innovative technology products and talented colleagues. - Permate Global Company (Remote/Fulltime at Da Nang) - Position: Chief Customer Officer (CCO) - Report To: CEO In this role, you will be responsible for delivering business strategies that align with our company goals: * Develop & implement business strategy - Develop and implement business strategies to achieve business goals: Sales, coverage, market share, and growth rate. - Develop and implement promotional programs. Control product development budget according to the allocated budget. - Positioning segments and markets, organizing the development of sales policies suitable to the market situation and each region. - Allocate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to regions, regions, and sales channels following the Company's overall business goals at each stage. - Monitor and analyze business indicators to propose sales policies and promotion programs suitable to the market to achieve business goals. - Ensure and take responsibility for business targets and allocated funds. * Market and customer management - Analyze and evaluate market developments and competitors based on research reports synthesizing market information. - Develop, expand markets, and find customers, to achieve and exceed assigned plans. - Proposals and solutions to expand and develop the market for the board of directors. - Coordinate with the Marketing department to ensure consistency of product brand and product identity. - Create care and sales program policies for Permate customers. * Build and maintain close-knit relationships with customers - Search, build, and manage relationships and maintain regular contact with domestic and foreign partners in the field of the company's operations. * Training, and development Team - Recruit and build a team of business managers and professional consultants consistent with the channel's goals. - Develop and implement effective operations management processes with systematic guidance to ensure business groups operate successfully and develop sustainably. - Monitor, manage, and evaluate the work results of management and consulting forces to achieve set business goals. * Report - Evaluate the business performance of each brand/partner. - Develop revenue forecasts and business performance results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis... * Other functions/duties Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor‘s degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field/Master‘s degree will be a plus. - 5+ years of experience in a sales role or similar position - Understanding of both online and offline businesses, including new trends and technology updates. - Have experience working and implementing Business plans and strategies for businesses operating in the SaaS Platform field - Creative thinking and vision to develop and implement strategic business plans - Excellent professional English speaking and writing skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis. - Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team. - Good communication and persuasion skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners. - Time management skills and working under high pressure. - Ability to work and thrive in a self-starting, fast-paced and changing environment. - High level of commercial acumen, passion and enthusiasm for technology products, good analytical and presentation skills. - Previous experience providing leadership mentoring and guidance is a plus. * Benefit: At Permate Global, we believe in providing a comprehensive and rewarding benefits package to our valuable employees.
