We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to take on the role of CEO for payment intermediaries and coalition loyalty points business in Hanoi. As the face of the organization and working closely with the Executive Chairman, you will lead the company's business operations, oversee commercial functions and teams, and manage key external stakeholders. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, where you view the company's products as your own and not simply as a hired executive. With a focus on delivering results with precision and speed, you will play a vital role in driving customer, merchant, and revenue growth through partnerships and data-driven insights. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a sense of humor are valued qualities for success in this position. This opportunity is available only to Vietnamese candidates.
Reporting line and Structure:
- Report to the Executive Chairman and founder of the company.
- Work closely with the Senior Advisor and Board member.
- Be part of the Senior Executive team, collaborating with the COO and other senior executives in HR, Finance, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all commercial departments, including marketing, customer teams, merchant teams, products and services, data analytics, and key account/relationship teams.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chairman to manage key external stakeholders, including investors and high-profile business and government agencies.
- Follow up on new business areas and work with the COO to ensure timely delivery.
- Formulate the company's business strategy under the guidance of the Executive Chairman.
- Lead the monthly executive committee meeting, chaired by the Executive Chairman.
- Support the design and achievement of KPIs set by the Board of Directors.
- Deliver quarterly presentations to the Board.
- Be accountable for the overall financial performance of the business and commercial KPIs.
- Act as a key liaison for strategic international stakeholders on business matters, such as regulator reporting and update meetings.
- Support the Executive Chairman and Senior Advisor in matters related to Corporate Strategy, including M&A and fundraising initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 15 years of experience in digital marketing and/or coalition loyalty points business within the industry, dealing with consumers and merchants.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in senior leadership positions, preferably at the C-level (Age preference: 40-45)
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing commercial strategies to drive customer, merchant, and revenue growth through partnerships, other channels, and data-driven insights.
- Track record in assembling, transforming, and managing high-performing commercial front office teams with a headcount of more than 50 people.
