1. Strategic Direction & Growth:
• Define the vision and long-term development strategy for GVM in alignment with NovaGroup’s direction and industry dynamics.
• Design and implement new business models to expand market share and ensure sustainable growth.
• Establish strategic objectives from corporate to business-unit levels, ensuring annual targets are achieved.
• Monitor, evaluate, and drive effective execution of strategic initiatives.
2. Overall Company Leadership & Operations:
• Lead and oversee all business and operational activities to achieve growth objectives.
• Monitor operational efficiency, optimize processes, and continuously improve service quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, key clients, and stakeholders.
• Act as the official representative and spokesperson of GVM in external engagements.
3. Building & Developing a High-Performance Leadership Team:
• Optimize organizational structure and develop team capabilities aligned with long-term strategy.
• Develop short- and long-term workforce plans; directly participate in senior leadership recruitment.
• Establish clear delegation and accountability frameworks to ensure smooth operations.
• Build a high-performance culture, motivate teams, and develop succession leadership.
4. Risk Management & Governance:
• Ensure compliance with laws, industry regulations, and group policies.
• Control risks related to sales, legal matters, finance, customer service, and operations.
• Proactively implement effective risk prevention and crisis management solutions.
5. Standardizing Management & Operating Systems:
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies, procedures, templates, and authority matrices.
• Lead internal training programs to enhance professional and leadership capabilities.
• Manage internal data, promote digital transformation, and apply AI in management and operations.
• Identify, assess, and report risks in accordance with internal governance requirements.
• Take full responsibility for company assets, tools, and allocated resources.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality & Tourism, Finance, or related fields.
• MBA or executive leadership certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment, business law, finance, and corporate governance.
2. Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of senior management experience in Timeshare, Resort Real Estate, Hospitality, or Insurance.
• At least 10 years in top executive roles (CEO / COO / Director level).
• Strong preference for candidates with Direct Sales, Sales Gallery, and Vacation Ownership models experience.
3. Competencies & Skills:
• Strategic mindset with fast, decisive, and accurate decision-making ability.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven capability in change management, risk forecasting, and crisis handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
• Ability to lead organizations of 500–1,000+ employees.
• Good command of English; proficient in MS Office.
