Chief Financial Officer

1. Job Description

- Lead all fundraising activities in close collaboration with the CEO; work directly with domestic and international investors, venture funds, banks, and strategic partners.

- Own cash flow, runway planning, and capital efficiency; ensure the company always has clear visibility on burn rate, funding needs, and financial trade-offs.

- Oversee day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and basic internal controls appropriate for a fast-moving startup.

- Prepare investor materials, financial models, and data rooms; lead financial due diligence and support negotiations during fundraising and strategic transactions.

- Act as the main financial counterpart to investors, auditors, and external advisors; ensure timely, clear, and credible financial communication.

- Build and manage a lean Finance & Accounting team; design simple, scalable processes and systems that evolve with the company’s growth.

- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on business model optimization, unit economics, pricing, and strategic decisions.

- Continuously improve financial discipline while maintaining speed, flexibility, and a founder-mindset.

- Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 03 years of experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or equivalent leadership role

- Experience in fundraising and working with venture funds, banks, or other financial institutions with proven record

- Strong understanding of cash flow management, runway planning, unit economics, and capital efficiency in a fast-scaling business.

- Practical experience overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax; able to balance financial discipline with startup speed.

- Ability to build and lead a lean Finance & Accounting team; experience designing simple, scalable systems and processes from scratch.

- Strong business acumen; capable of partnering with the CEO and leadership team on strategy, pricing, and major investment decisions.

- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in ambiguity.

- Excellent communication skills; able to explain financial matters clearly to founders, investors, and non-finance stakeholders.

- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA are a strong advantage
