Permate Global is a B2B SaaS Performance Partnership platform providing a solution that helps our advertiser customers create Affiliate Programs to operate, track, allocate commissions and campaign statistics. At the same time, it allows advertisers to connect with publishers to run the campaigns. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to play a key important role in shaping and driving our marketing and GTM strategies. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our brand presence in the global marketplace, driving customer and community engagement within the company's industry. Join our team to work with innovative technology products and talented colleagues. - Permate Global Company (Remote/Fulltime at Da Nang) - Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Report To: CEO In this role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies that align with our company goals: * Brand growth - Build and develop monetization and go-to-market strategies based on market research, market trends, target customers, and competitor activities. - Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to increase brand presence and accelerate product adoption. - Brand management: Build, maintain and enhance the company's image across various channels, including website, social networks, email, SEO, Paid traffic etc. - Manage and build community, promote active participation and development. - Create, deploy and moderate community-building programs on social media including Facebook, Linkedin, automated emails etc. - Create and execute ROI-focused performance campaigns. * Events & PR - Plan and implement online seminars, and attend industry events to promote company products. - Manage relationships and maintain regular contact with domestic and foreign partners. * Project management - Marketing analytics: analyze and report on traffic, conversions, attribution, and channel growth. - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and timely completion of marketing projects. - Evaluate completed projects and share key learnings for continuous improvement. - Marketing budget management includes tracking expenses, diving up the budget among various campaigns and developing solutions for budget optimization. * Human Development - Promote a culture of learning and development, especially the company's People culture. - Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members. - Collaborate with HRD and management to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.

- Bachelor‘s degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field/Master‘s degree will be a plus. - Proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role - 5+ years of relevant professional experience with concrete, consistent results. - - Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth. - Have experience working and implementing Marketing plans and strategies for businesses operating in the SaaS Platform field - Creative, visionary thinking to develop and execute strategic marketing plans. Fluency in English and strong communication skills (Excellent speaking and writing skill) - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis. - Innovative minds have a knack for creating groundbreaking marketing ideas. - Strong project management skills to effectively handle multiple initiatives. - Ability to work and thrive in a self-starting, fast-paced, and changing environment - High level of commercial acumen, passion, and enthusiasm for technology products, and good analytical and presentation skills. - Previous experience providing leadership mentoring and guidance is a plus. * Benefit: At Permate Global, we believe in providing a comprehensive and rewarding benefits package to our valuable employees.
