In this role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies that align with our company goals:
* Brand growth
- Build and develop monetization and go-to-market strategies based on market research, market trends, target customers, and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to increase brand presence and accelerate product adoption.
- Brand management: Build, maintain and enhance the company's image across various channels, including website, social networks, email, SEO, Paid traffic etc.
- Manage and build community, promote active participation and development.
- Create, deploy and moderate community-building programs on social media including Facebook, Linkedin, automated emails etc.
- Create and execute ROI-focused performance campaigns.
* Events & PR
- Plan and implement online seminars, and attend industry events to promote company products.
- Manage relationships and maintain regular contact with domestic and foreign partners.
* Project management
- Marketing analytics: analyze and report on traffic, conversions, attribution, and channel growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and timely completion of marketing projects.
- Evaluate completed projects and share key learnings for continuous improvement.
- Marketing budget management includes tracking expenses, diving up the budget among various campaigns and developing solutions for budget optimization.

- Promote a culture of learning and development, especially the company's People culture.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with HRD and management to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
