Chief Of Staff

**Mission**

You are not an assistant. You are the CEO’s Force Multiplier. We are looking for a strategic operator to partner with the CEO. Your job is to translate the Vision into Execution. You will own the company’s operating rhythm, build the systems that allow us to scale, and hold the leadership team accountable for results.

What You Will Do

1. Drive Operational Excellence (The Engine Room)

● Design and run the company’s operating cadence (Weekly Leadership L10s, OKRs/KPIs, Quarterly Planning).

● Crucial: You ensure decisions made in meetings actually get done. You hold Functional Heads (Marketing, Tech, Ops) accountable to their deadlines.

● Identify operational bottlenecks (hiring, retention, broken processes) and fix them. You don't just report problems; you implement solutions.

2. Cross-Functional Leadership

● Act as the "Integrator" bridging the gap between Strategy (CEO) and Execution (The Team).

● Lead critical cross-functional projects (e.g., restructuring a department, launching a new vertical, fixing the hiring pipeline).

● Unblock friction between departments. If Sales and Ops are fighting, you jump in and solve it.

3. People & Culture Strategy

● Partner with HR to solve "Retention" and "Talent Density" issues. You are the "ear to the ground" for team sentiment.

● Help the CEO make tough personnel decisions and optimize the organizational structure for our next stage of growth.

4. Strategic Leverage

● Prepare the CEO for Board Meetings and Investor Relations.

● Protect the CEO’s focus time ruthlessly. You ensure the CEO only works on high-leverage tasks (Strategy, Product, Brand).

Requirements:

● Experience: 7+ years total. Ideally a mix of Management Consulting (Structure) AND Startup Operations (Grit).

● Background: Experience as a Founder, General Manager, or Head of Operations is a huge plus.

● Systems Thinker: You hate chaos. You naturally turn messy problems into predictable processes/SOPs.

● High Courage: You are confident enough to challenge the CEO and senior leaders when necessary to protect the company’s goals.

● Results Oriented: You care about outcomes, not hours.
