The COO of F&B Company has primary responsibility for P&L of all Concepts under SK F&B management and administering all aspects of all Concepts operations by developing and implementing strategic plans necessary for short and long-term growth and profitability of Concepts operations; ensures compliance to established the culture.
The COO – SK F&B Company provides strategic leadership to F&B operations group in supporting corporate and Company initiatives.
The COO of Sonkim F&B Company has responsibility for Joint ventures partnership liaison and management.
* Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure all Company maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, guest service, cost control and consistency in accordance with expectations of BoDs.
Ensure that all purchasing efforts are streamlined and follow the company requisite requirements; ensure that quotes are always received and reviewed accordingly and that we constantly strive to ensure that we have the best pricing for all food and beverage items.
Constantly work on promoting the concepts creatively in conjunction with the marketing team and in accordance to the operations schedule and events calendar.
Responsible for managing the critical path process during openings and ensuring all new Concepts are stabilized and successful per Group standards.
Ensure operating standards and policies and procedures are followed by the management teams of each Concept.
Analyze the performance of each Concept and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Consistently monitor sales reports and the P&L of each Concept.
Work closely in the development of the budget of each Concept
Monitor the P&L and ensure variances are explained thoroughly on a monthly basis.
Timely analysis of food & beverage prices in relation to competition.
Maintain and further develop a strong network of contacts and assess potential for F&B collaboration for new and existing Concepts.
Craft and present F&B vision to Group Executive Team and ownership, and attract potential partners.
Coordinate all phases of group meeting/banquet functions held in the SK F&B; coordinate these activities on a daily basis; assist clients in program planning and menu selection
Provide F&B operations support.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
A minimum of 10 years of full service, high quality F&B, or Hospitality, experience in a high-level leadership position.
Expert knowledge of Western-Asian Concept operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, guest interaction, vendor relations, budgeting, contractual relations and legal compliance.
Excellent communication skills required, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the management and service teams.
Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
Enjoy working in an ever-changing, high paced and challenging environment.
Strong influencing skills at executive level
Highly organized and possess ability to multi-task
