Currently, MVC is seeking Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who will play the role as a strategic planner and decision maker. CTO is an executive responsible for managing MVC & CO’s technological concerns and communicate technology strategies with other stakeholders.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Work with General Director and assist him to make a product roadmap
• Secure key product development member, manage in-house team and outsource development partners
• Improve website xaytoam.vn and e-commerce platform’s usability and efficiency by sorting out requirements and by coworking & managing outsource software designer & developer.
• Design and develop MVP for expanded product such as e-commerce of housing products.
• Align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short and long-term goals
• Rapidly plan and conduct various testing for prototypes, collect customers’ insights and feedback
• Lead all aspects of development product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, strategic planning, design/architecture, execution, deployment and maintenance

• Over 10 years experiences.
• Having experience to succeed in start-up company.
• Fitting with our corporate culture which is not at all a fancy start-up with a table tennis place, but the disciplined one with family atmosphere.
• Capable of working at hands-on method and with good footwork.
• Critical thinking, excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication skills to present technology vision and motivate both internal & external team.
