Chinese Sales Executive

JOB SUMMARY

- This position is responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding MSC’s Chinese - speaking customer base in Vietnam by promoting MSC’s services as a brand, executing MSC’s business plan, providing strong customer services to clients.

- This role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable shipping solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Canvass cargo for all trade to achieve target lifting via telemarketing and daily sales visit.

- Manage and develop MSC clients

- Do market research and update to Chinese Sales Manager

- Establish good relationship with shippers to provide info to Trade Coordinator to update to account owner, gain OCA biz + selling VAS

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales plans

- Attend regular sales meetings to align with team goals and objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.

- Good in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.

- Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
