Chinese Translation

• Make quotations for translation requests.

• Translate documents from Chinese language to English and vice versa. Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone.

• Follow up with internal team members, vendors and clients to ensure translation meets their needs in terms of timeline and quality.

• Build and manage terminology resources such as glossaries, style guides, and translation memory files.

• Participates in meetings in Chinese, English, takes notes, prepares documents of understanding and interpretation, explains engineers about the topic in English.

• Import the content of specification into Bosch specific system, manage version, do setting as per customer requirement.

• Reflect changes of specification into system.

• Be in charge of other activities such as system configuration management, baseline copy, tracking report...

• Other tasks as assigned

• Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter or similar role.

• Have relevant experience in interpreting or working for a Japanese company at least 6 months of experience.

• Fluent in EN and Chinese (Certified HSK5 above) in both speaking and writing skill.

• Proficient in using office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good at utilizing new tools and systems at work.

• Time-management skills.

• High team work spirit.
