1/ Accountable for Health & Nutrition training operations under the assigned category
- Deliver business product, health & nutrition training to distributors according to master plan
- Consult clients’ queries and complaints regarding to product, health & nutrition knowledge based on aligned business plans & policies
- Collect information and generate training reports for assigned regions and category
- Prepare and make training supporting material ready for trainees
2/ Implementation of Training plan and program development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and deliver implementation plans to enhance Clients’ knowledge of products, health & nutrition
- Liaise with Internal functions (Marketing, Regional Sales) to design, resource, develop and deliver new training programs and training supporting material which meet the needs of Clients, and are consistent with the business overall training plan
- Compile handbooks, manuals, guidelines and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2-3 years of experience in training position Nutrition Supplemental products, Medical or Health Coach
- Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry or Biology Technology, Food Technology, Food science is a MUST
- Good command of spoken & written forms in both English and Vietnamese
- Experience in conduct training for distributors, both offline and online
- Well organized, result oriented and able to work under high pressure
- Positive attitude & high level of professionalism
- Able to go on business trip
- Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry or Biology Technology, Food Technology, Food science is a MUST
