Chuyên Viên Equity Derivatives Trader Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for an Equity Derivatives Trader Assistant to join our Covered Warrants Team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial markets and aspire to become equity derivatives traders or quantitative analysts. You will begin by supporting trading operations and product issuance processes to gain a deep understanding of market-making workflows, compliance, and risk management before progressing toward pricing, analytics, and trading responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage documentation for product issuance, regulatory submissions, and trading operations.

Prepare and maintain reports on trading performance, exposure, and compliance for covered warrant and derivatives activities.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Monitor market movements and conduct analysis to identify trading opportunities.

Process and visualize data to support daily hedging and market-making decisions.

Generate trading insights and assist in strategy backtesting or performance attribution.

Support the development, testing, and validation of pricing and risk models for equity derivatives.

Enhance trading analytics tools, risk dashboards, and automated reports.

Participate in internal training on derivatives pricing and hedging strategies.

Prepare to transition into a Junior Trader role through hands-on mentorship and project-based learning.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.

At least 1 year of experience in trading, with a focus on equities, derivatives, covered warrants, or quantitative trading.

Strong interest in equity derivatives, structured products, and financial markets.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Experience in Python or SQL for data analysis and automation is preferred.

Candidates pursuing or holding CFA, FRM, or SSC Certificate in Financial Analysis/Fund Management are preferred.
