Chuyên Viên Hỗ Trợ Kỹ Thuật/ Technical Services Engineer (Experienced)
Mô tả công việc
• Provide technical consultation and support for PTMG products.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Support market development in assigned regions: Research customer needs and requirements. Provide potential customer lists to the Sales department.
• Manage and conduct laboratory tests: Support internal experiments or tests requested by customers.
• Manage laboratory tools, chemicals, equipment, and testing data.
• Participate in research and development of Polyurethane properties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Experienced: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role. (At least 1 year of experience in technical consulting).

• University graduated in major (Chemical, Polymer, Organic Chemistry)
• English: Proficiency speaking/ written in English
• Good knowledge of Polymer/ Analyzing Polymer product
