Chuyên Viên Hỗ Trợ Kỹ Thuật/ Technical Services Engineer (Textile / Chemical)

- Internal quality control for spandex products

- Conduct customer and internal quality assessments to improve spandex product quality and develop new products

- Receive customer feedbacks and transfer detailed informations to the production departments (Support for improvements)

- Resolve product quality complaints from customers

- Visit customer to survey and get data

- Analyze data and make report

- Get conclusion of Korean supervisor to feedback to customer and make compensation document (if any)

- Other jobs as assignments by superiors

• University graduated in major (Textile, Chemical, Polymer, Organic Chemistry)

• English: good communication
