Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Serve as the Super-user of all applications related to the operation processes.
2. Communicate with clients and all the teams for client’s requirements understanding. Analyze requirements based on given documents.
3. Support team in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client.
4. Be responsible for proactive and reactive support, working within defined SLAs.
5. Hold the ownership of internal support processes and ensures that the processes are followed promptly to comply with ISO policies.
6. Prepare documents (project or product specifications, description, design and analysis) when assigned by IT Project Manager.
7. To monitor performance of system, application and IT infrastructure
8. Perform all IT related service with Corporate IT policies, securities, guidelines, and standard procedure
9. Perform other jobs related duties as and when requested by superior.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 1 years experience as Application support, software development;
• Good education background preferable in computer science, IT
• Good in written and verbal communication skill in English, and client-facing
• Experience and knowledge of software development process, application support skills.
• Experience and knowledge of Database/ SQL.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have knowledge at Business Intelligence, such as: Tableau, MS Power BI,…
• Knowledge in supply chain solution, ERP and business process will be added advantage
• Competence in IT problem investigation, troubleshooting and solution deployment skills.
• Be ready for non-working hours and weekend incidents, business trip.
