We are seeking a Materials Planner to manage the supply levels for our RRC Vietnam manufacturing operations. In this role, you are responsible for forecasting our supply needs and ensuring we always have materials on hand. Your duties will involve preparing the material resource plan and production

plan, submitting purchase orders and track the supply of material and products. You should be familiar with SAP Material Requirement Planning (MRP) & Production Plan (PP). Our ideal applicant has several years of supply chain experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Forecast and planning for raw materials purchasing and production planning for finished goods

• Raw materials inventory management to meet minimum inventory requirements

• Monitor discrepancies between production records and ERP system

• Monitor and adjust production plan according to sales situation

ACTING AUTHORITY: Ensure material planning meets production planning

EDUCATION

• University graduate

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of two years of related work experience (supply chain and vendor management experience)

• Experience with SAP PP / MRP is prefered

LANGUAGES

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must

IT SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge in SAP is a plus
