VinFast is seeking a highly capable Management Accounting professional to join our dynamic finance team. This position is essential in supporting our financial integrity and strategic initiatives through accurate and timely reporting in accordance with local and internal regulations.

- Prepare standalone financial statements in compliance with VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards) and internal accounting regulations.

- Prepare and submit reports to government agencies, banks, and financial institutions (e.g., overseas investment project reports).

- Prepare internal financial reports such as related party transactions, credit limit reports, and more.

- Monitor and ensure accurate accounting for loans, bonds, financial leases, and coordinate with the Investment Division to meet all financial commitments.

- Handle both scheduled and ad-hoc financial disclosures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Supervise payroll, employee benefits, and capitalization of expenses to ensure accurate financial records.

- Control and implement cost allocation under account 242 in accordance with accounting policies.

- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements through internal control procedures related to FSCP, RPT, FX, and Treasury.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles, preferably in a large corporation or MNC.

- Strong understanding of VAS and financial reporting standards.

- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks is a strong advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP preferred).

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
