● Contact corporate customers (mostly from HR/ Talent Acquisition Department) via call, email & meeting to find out their hiring needs/ plan in order to consult & propose suitable packages of company services at Company website.
● Business development: build and maintain good relationships with customers.
● Develop sales & expand customers according to customer data provided by the company.
● Complete the targets on quantity and quality of calls and purchase orders, support the team to complete the target by day, week, quarter and year.
● Customer support with Customer Service team for customers’ satisfaction.

● Prefer candidates with at least 06 months experience in B2B Sales/ Telesales.
● Working experience in online job platform is an advantage.
● Good & clear voice with good communication skills.
● Good at English communication is an advantage.
● Interested in sales & business development, networking & finding new prospects.
● Hardworking, patient and not afraid to be rejected by customers.
● Ability to persuade, good working under pressure.
