Acumen Components Pte Ltd (Singapore) is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in achieving our sales goals by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives for our innovative electronic products. You will develop and build strong relationships with new and existing clients, identify business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service within the dynamic electronics industry.
* JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for electronic products such as Power Supply (AC-DC, DC-DC), LCD modules, Magnetic Products (transformers, inductors, coils, solenoids, etc), PCB/FPC.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Deliver impactful product presentations, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage sales proposals and quotations.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and new product developments.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales forecasting and reporting processes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 - 5 years of experience (preferred) in B2B electronics sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the electronics industry, current market trends, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
